I've got the old CWPA9 and Sibelius. CWPA9 requires 800x600 with 16M colors,
JAWS 4.5.
Sibelius requires 1024-768 with 16 Million colors and JAWS 5.1 (I keep it simple)
I run my machine at 800x600 with JAWS 7.0, 16 million colors.
My batch files use jstop.exe to change the JAWS version and Multires with
parameters to change the resolutions as required before and after launching
either CWPA9 or Sibelius. Works flawlessly.
Dave I'll send you my batch files if you'd like to see how it's done.

Dan,Dave, Do you have Sonar 5 and CT5 and Sib on one box? I've heard of multi-rez over the years but didn't realize it would work here. I reboot every time and, while it works, it is a bit of a pain. K.
Simpler than that. Go to the Dancing Dots Web site and look for information on how to run Caketalking and Sibelius on the same machine. If you use the Multires program as described you can set up batch files that will automatically change your screen attributes prior to launching either CT or Sibelius. In fact I use these batch files to not only change the screen resolution but also to launch the version of JAWS that is most appropriate.
No need to go through the pain of setting up profiles and re-booting.

I don't have CT 5 yet but I'm assuming from the posts recently that it needs the display to be set to 32 bit colour. Sibelius Speaking, on the other hand, is still running with 16 bit colour. Is this going to cause a problem for those running both scripts?
