Actually, I spoke to Cakewalk today and I have a greater understading of
how bus assignments and sends work.  Now things are making more sense.  
I'd still like that normal template, though.

Kevin:
Frankly, you might want to start with the normal template that sonar
gives you.  THe tripple a template was made with sonar 2, which was
quite different as far as bussing was concerned.

I'm using some of the old AAA track templates that came with CT 4 in
Sonar 5.  Interestingly, I was looking at the output assignments in the
Normal template and that template says that the output of audio track 1,
track 17 is "Master."  However, when I click on it, Master is not one of
the available choices in the list, only the outs of my MOTU 2408s are
available?  Where is Master.  For that matter, where are Aux 1-4 which
are shown in the expanded track.
