    First, you have to make sure you've made an audio file of the project.
The file has to be a 16 bit 44.1Khz file before it can be burned.  Have
yougotten that far?
    If not, you'll have to convert your MIDI to audio.  The process for
doing that varies depending on whether you used hardware or software synths
or a combination of both.  
    Let us know where you are in your project and someone will fill in the
gaps.

I was wondering can somebody tell me how you would burn a CD of a file
produced in Sonar 7?  I feel like an idiot for asking, but I am totally
