Indeed Bill, I've used it on several occasions and it works fine.

Has anyone tried the utility for burning CD's supplied with recent versions
of SONAR. I found the dialogs to be quite accessible.

Start Menu
Programs
Cakewalk
SONAR 8.5 (and earlier versions to 7, I believe)
Burn Audio CD

Hi

I've had success burning off CDs, but not working with meta data.

the simplist way to creat tracks is to:

a. Add the silence at the beginning and end of each track if required.

b. Mark off each track with a normal marker, including one at the start and
the end.

c. Select between your first markers and press the letter "N". This
converst this region into a track.

d. move the cursor to the end of the first region and select the next,
again press "N". Carry on this process unitl for the rest of the remaining
tracks.

You may find that you have to try selecting the region a couple of times.

Hope this helps

Ian

Subject: [ddots-l] question about Soundforge

Has anyone had any success burning CDs and writing meta data like
track number and song title in Soundforge? If so can someone please
give me some insight in to this. I've been trying to figure this out
but have had no luck.

May the peace of God which passes all understanding gard your heart
and mind in Christ Jesus.

God bless you!
