I am a composer with little sound engineering experience. . I would love to know more about mixing a project. Especially things to avoid, how to get a great balance, and recording clean audio. I have learned a lot from the tutorials, but to hear examples and talk about it in a learning environment is a good idea.

Hi folks.

I think something that will have to be considered is the fact that with the best will in the world. I can't even begin to offer tutorials for things Ihave no experience with.

For example, I've never used a Motif let alone own one, so I can't give product or plugin specific guidance for those things I don't use or have.

Once I get a better understanding of the scope of the assistance needed, I'll try and put together a working table of contents

Keep the suggestions coming.

Cheers
Darren

Oh yes yes and 3 more times yes! The only one I have is the one ordon Kent I
think did in 2007. I would like to see how to mix audio, and how to edit
clips. Also, when I use Demention Prow, I have sample files. I want them to
play out when hitting a key, and not when I release. What I mean is The
notes won't hold say for drumbs, if I press a key, it'll stop as soon as I move my had. And, How to hook the Motif up to Sonar and use Cakewalk TTS1?

Hi folks.

I'm considering producing some audio tutorials for Sonar so am here to ask

you if this would be useful to you and for the top 3 things you'd like to
have included.

Obviously, if the interest isn't there, I'm not going to waste everyone's
and my own time.

So, just a yes or no for interest, and a list of up to 3 things you'd like

to have included.

For example it might be...

1. Tutorial about how to save a track template.

2. How to get a rough mix from a project.

3. How to put together a realistic drum track using drum samples.

You get the idea.

Cheers
Darren
