[ddots-l] Audio Snap Keeps Popping Up

Sonar 7 latest and CakeTalking 7
JAWS 9
Something's not set right, or certainly different.
When I open a new project or one that I've worked on, I always get a message:
The audio snap dialog is open but is not in focus. Press f6 to bring to focus.
Then I hit Escape and I'm back to the track view with no irritating
announcements.
Don't know how this got set, but how do I get rid of it?
