[ddots-l] Re: Any ideas on my keyboard not working

Have both of you checked your MIDI devices on both the input and output
sides of the dialog?

I do not have a solution, just a similar situation:

Sonar 4 running on an XP tower, with a standard sound card, nothing
special. It's an HP computer.

We use an Edirol USB midi. For a while we had the midi of the internal
sound card and audio as well. Sonar 4's AudioMidi demo2 would work and
play just fine. Only bad news was that there would be a delay of about a
quarter of a second when the internal midi sounds were used.

Over time, the only midi out to show up was the Edirol, so that we could
send and receive midi only on the external device. The internal midi has
disappeared and so has the audio. that is, Sonar's demo2 now no longer
works.

I'm wondering if your problem might be similar.

Hey guys I was just wondering if you had any other ideas on why my midi
keyboard might not be working. The cables are fine, and I have shut
down and restarted multipal e times. The other strange thing is my two
projects not playing also. My sound card is working I have sound just
not midi.
