[ddots-l] Re: And now my midi is clipping

I'm using an edirol UA25 soundcard, and the latency is at 0. I have never had a
problem with this before until fairly recently but now it won't stop doing it.
I am using the asio drivers which are working fine for audio so I don't think
its that, plus changing to wdm doesn't help.

If the worse comes to the worse I'll have to mix down my tracks to wave after
each time but its very tedious and restrictive.

Thanks

Dave

  David:
You'll have to remind us what sound card you are using, and what do you have
the latency set at.

What is going on now? I'm trying to record an album and it appears to be
cursed. I'm trying to record the midi parts as backing tracks for someone to
play drums to and all I have loaded is the edirol orchestral softsynth and the
hypacanvas and its clipping and dropping out for brief moments at certain
places. I can't think why! I've tried changing drivers back to wdm from asio
but of course that's not working. Today is a dark day for me (not in the
physical sense because that's obvious; I'm blind, but in the very real sense of
the term). Help me and I will be your friend, and that's a good thing!
