Akai is the best sampler but it has no sounds in it!
according to what you are looking for you need a rack such as Fantom XR that has 1152 sounds in it, including drum sets, and read sample sounds as well.

I'm looking for a unit which has a sampler and drum machine in a single
unit. I'm not looking for a keyboard because I'd like to put it in my suit
case and travel with it. I'm totally blind, so I'm just asking to see what
some of you have out there have. Rather than asking what is accessible,

just looking to find out what units some of you use and find relatively
