What do you want to do with it?  can't you just go there and start recording?

  Hello all, I created a project and wanted to add an extra measure at the end 
of the project, I selected the recorded tracks, alt plus i, went to measures 
and can't remember the other thing it said, but when I selected measure and 
entered to okay it, their was no extra measure added.  Am I doing this the 
correct way?  Thanks
