I have Sonar 8, not 8.5.

OH wow ... You've been working so far without reading any
CakeTalking help or documentation?

Ok, the easiest thing to do would probably be pressing Insert+H
from within Sonar.

Alternately, CakeTalking 8.5 should be in your Start Menu, and the
tutorials are in a sub-menu inside.
Or, go to your My Documents folder and there should be a
CakeTalking 8.5 folder, with the documents inside.
