If that's the true, it opens up to whole different level of accessibility to
many good samples
There are so many third party kontakt based libraries: Eastwest Orchestra,
Ministry of Rock, choirs, Rare Instruments, LPC prominy, Vienna Kontakt,
Garitan, and so on. I can't wait to hear the verdict.

I wonder if that would work with the Garitan personal orchestra and big
band packages. That would be great.

No not yet, I'll let you know as soon as I have though.
I have learned that the open and save dialogues are just standard Windows
ones however and will therefore certainly work with Jaws. These are
opened by clicking an open graphic, and a save graphic. If that's the
case, then using something like auto-hotkeys or Hotspot clicker should
sort that out no problem.
I have also learned that once Kore has scanned your system for all
Kontakt format instruments and created a database for them, you don't
need to use the software interface at all because you can scrol through
all available instruments with the data wheel on the hardware, and there
is an audition button as well just like on Roland modules which plays a
short sample of the instrument currently selected.

Hi, Matt,
Have you had an opportunity to try Kore hardware with JAWS on your
friend's
machine?

Kore will play any library in the Native Instruments formats available
at
this time. No matter who the manufacturer is, as long as the library is
NI
format, Kore will support it.
Because there is a hardware module which connects to the computer via
USB,
there is no demo you can download and try. I have a friend who owns one
and
he is going to let me install Jaws on his machine temperarily to try it
out.
Matt
