Patricia:
You might want to see if there are updated drivers for your video card. Also,
you might want to try uninstalling and reinstalling jaws. Be sure to save your
sibelius graphics file sibelius.jgf some place first so that you won't need to
go through the whole graphics labeling process again.

Subject: [ddots-l] About problems with graphics.
Thanis to all those who have been helping me solve the problem of graphics of
Sibelius. I uninstalled Kaaza all in One, did a system restore, ran the
antivirus and the Spybut software. Neither found any threats or spyware on the
machine. The strange thing is that my machine is working perfectly, no slowness
or pup ups when browsing the internet. The irregularities are happening only on
Sibelius. For one thing, sometimes the graphics are read perfectlyand I pass
the test of my video card, and all of a sudden as I am working, it starts
reporting that the graphics are not labeled and there's no way that it can
start reading them again. When I tried to do a staff layout, it reccurrently
said that it couldn't do the layout even when I closed the program several
times.
My concern is that it is so erratic and unpredictable that I don't know what
steps to follow.
Any ideas or experiencie in this matter?
Thanks very much,
Patricia Elena
