It's hard finding material to practice on if you're an aspiring mix engineer. Here's an excellent source, courtesy of one of the guys at Sound on Sound.


So, anybody feel like a mix-off? We could learn a ton from each other by picking one of these songs and all having a crack at mixing it, sharing techniques and creative ideas, etc. Who's interested????
