Stakeholders can provide input on the Health and Human Services Commission 
(HHSC) Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD) waiver renewal at a 
public hearing September 26, 2016 at 9 a.m. at the John H. Winters Human 
Services Complex, 701 W 51st St, Austin.

People with disabilities attending the meeting who require special adaptive 
services should contact Erin Cibrone at 512-438-5150 or via email at
