> Services (DSHS) and the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) 
> are holding a public stakeholder meeting on October 13, 2014 from 
> 9:00am-5:00pm to hear public testimony about recently-adopted Centers for 
> Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) rules.  The rules concern Home and 
> Community Based Services (HCBS), and its impact on certain programs 
> administered by HHSC, DSHS and DADS.
> The stakeholder meeting will be hosted at the Brown-Heatly Building, Public 
> Hearing Room, 4900 N. Lamar Blvd., Austin, TX, 78751 and by Webcast. 
> Additional information will be posted to DADS and HHSC web pages and sent by 
> GovDelivery, as details regarding the webcast are determined.
