[dbdoclet] Re: html2db: html doc's title becomes first chapter

Dear Michael:

You are absolutely right. There were two <div> tags before the first 
<h1>, in which it was nested. You may want to only get actual text 
and images before the <h>, rather than anything at all.

Either way, I wrote a line more sed, and now it's working 
wonderfully. I'll forward along some materials for you to review.
