[dbdoclet] Re: html2db: html doc's title becomes first chapter

Looks like it's a real issue after all.

If there's content there before the first section, then it probably 
should work as designed, but if there's no preceding content, it 
shouldn't... the first h1 should be the first chapter 1.

What are your thoughts?
