[dbdoclet] Bug in dbdoclet 0.64.0

Hello,

there is a bug in dbdoclet 0.64.0 which causes dbdoclet to fail if
graphviz (dot) is not installed and/or can not be found on the path.
Please install graphviz and set the path properly or wait until I
uploaded the fixed version 0.64.1. I will start asap.
