BCA Young Blind Citizens Adelaide Sent: Sunday, 4 March, 2012 4:29 PM From: "Lui Palombi" <luip1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Have a say in the way future **policies** about youth are shaped! BCA Adelaide Branch invites participation by young people who are interested in becoming more informed and involved in the way policies and other matters effecting youth are prioritised. The Adelaide branch is keen to establish a special group of young citizens who are prepared to either lead or support the group in advocating for youth. You all know the issues out there and how they impact. So why YBCA? 1) To create an opportunity for the youth of Adelaide to actively engage with decision makers, service providers and members in how policies and services are structured. 2) To establish an effective team in an environment where training and support will be provided. 3) YBCA will also be involved in organising social functions where members can simply meet socially. This matter will be discussed further at our brain storm function to be held on Saturday March 24th commencing 10.00 at a new location in Victoria Square. The event will be followed by lunch at the Kings Bar, stay tuned for further details . ..
