A good tip is to load the file manual.pdf which is the whole manual in one PDF, and then you can use search on it. (Or at least lucky Windows users (bah) like me can).
So besotted with Windows that I can't think how the RISC OS situation is different, all the Windows stuff is available online 95% is applicable to RISC OS.
