It is not sufficient simply to link all the frames together from first to
last. As Peter says in his advice, you also have to then link the final
frame back to the first one. If you only have one frame on the page, then
drag from anywhere within that one frame to anywhere else in the same
frame. 

When you do, OPro will tell you that it is about to create an auto-link
and allow you to choose whether to do so or not. If you do so choose, then
you will find that text will automatically flow from page to page, without
the need to create new pages manually.
