Well it is all very tantalising. Presumably out of the registry, the
contents of the user data folder and the contents of the OPW
installation folder there is something which makes it crash.
My inclination would be to suspect one of the script files that is
changed when you save choices or macros. As far as I recall OPW does not
change the registry once it is installed.
I don't know, maybe like in the old joke [1] wait and see if it happens
again. I definitely don't want to see any .exe or .dll files.
[1] Three engineers go for a car ride, as they come to a steep hill the
brakes fail. After a hair raising descent they manage to stop.
The mechanical engineer says "we'd better inspect the brakes before
going on".
The electronic engineer says "we should run some tests on the ABS
control unit".
The software engineer says "maybe we should push the car back up the
hill and see if it happens again".
