Not necessarily. The data specific to a given user is not removed when
you uninstall. That is in the folder we talked about a few days ago.
Dud data in that folder would be a possible explanation.
Logging on as a different user would change results. If you do
investigate the contents of this folder, please save a copy before you
delete it.
