Not necessarily. The data specific to a given user is not removed when
you uninstall. That is in the folder we talked about a few days ago.
i.e.:
C:\Users\David Pilling\AppData\Roaming\DavidPilling\OvationPro
Replace the first "David Pilling" with your user name.
Dud data in that folder would be a possible explanation.
