Yes!
Vista Home Basic on a Laptop. Intel Core Duo processor

Ovation Pro and associated bits run okay. 

DPScan (1.24 8th Jan 2007) Produces an error message when first run.
"The specified colour management module is invalid.
(SelectCMM) (2010)"

If I [OK] past that, DPScan continues and works.

I've been to MenuBar-Misc-Colour Management and switched it Off.
That obviously put a stop to the error message.
