Hi,

This message comes to you via the new software mail list...

(and if you're not reading this something is wrong)

What follows is a repeat of my (last) posting to the old list.

I'll just cover the basics of the new list here:

- To post send email to davidpilling@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

- To subscribe send an email to davidpilling-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'subscribe' in the Subject field

- To unsubscribe send an email to davidpilling-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field

However the new list is a lot more sophisticated than the old one, there is a web interface (including subscriptions), web archives, digests. Lots of things to play with.

You may need to set up new filters, change posting addresses etc. Sorry for the upset.

Please move over to the new list for all new postings. From now there is no guarantee that the old list will work.
