o  Make a new OvPro frame with the desired text in
o  Click the 5th icon down on the left hand side
o  Click 90 degree (or whatever) icon on the bottom toolbar
o  Click the top icon on the left side
o  Adjust size and drag to position...

Hope that's what you mean...
