Well its just too simple isn't it and I may have been premature in
posting.

Yes I tried a different graphic, and removing the box.

Indeed I've always managed to !Sprinter a letterhead in ovation which is
made up of sprites and additional draw modifications in the header. This
I do regularly were I send a copy of the page as a JPEG (yes I think I
was instructed in this forum this was a poor conversion). However this
time it was a jpeg image in a full page separate frame, and then a box
containing three lines of text in the middle and on top of the image. as
I explained only the text box printed. Should have looked at the obvious,
thanks David. Print window in Ovation set up to not print pictures was
the problem.

Ok I'd think I was a silly wazz, however the page was built up on a
'blank' page I use just for this purpose and in there, the option is not
ticked, so I don't know how that became ticked, and of course I had not
notice it was ticked each time I tried !Sprinting the problem document.
