It means the SparkFS icon has not been loaded. It presumably means
the filer is no longer iconspriting the !sprites file (or
4sprites/5sprites as appropriate), so the filer is unaware of the
!SparkFS icon. The command is in both the !Boot and !Run file so I
cannot see how there could be a problem. Do the file icons, e.g. for
archive or zip still show correctly? You haven't done anything silly
such as copy/rename the SparkFS app for a specific purpose have you?
This would mean the filer couldn't match the app name to the sprite
name in the sprites file.
