Everything is set up for a91=zip and ddc=arc
After a lot further tests:
There should not be both zip=a91 and zip=ddc in hostfs extensions. The
second instance appears to overwrite the first. This appears to have
been the root of the inconsistency.
Having found that, over both Sunfish and HostFS I find:
Creating <file>/zip from the icon bar and dragging produces a file
which appears in Windows as <file>.zip.
Creating <file> from the icon bar appears as <file>,a91
which appears to be correct.
Sparkfscreate 4 <file>/zip at the command line creates a file
appearing as <file>.zip,ddc from Windows.
sparkfscreate 4 <file> produces <file>,ddc
Unfortunately it seems sparkfscreate 4 is always producing a ddc file.
