tried Forget etc with no luck.
Forget tells SparkFS to forget the archive.
(actually image files), perhaps others work. You might get around the
problem by turning off image file system support in SparkFS.
Locally, remotely or both?
I wasn't thinking about sharing files between two RISC OS machines. To
be honest I don't know how that works with image files. I think only one
SparkFS will be involved though. Turn off the remote one, and you're
sure the local one will open the archive.
Hmmm.. Sure you still have some influence with ROL... But I suspect
physical threats would do more! Maybe ROOL will cure it one day.
Always interesting how people outside visualise what goes on inside any
organisation.
I think we're friends (ROSL and me) but over the 10 years interaction
has been close to zero. I had more to do with Castle.
