File Info button not working suggests macro definitions changed.

There is (frequently) a time delay on save operations from various applications, not just OPW.

Specific to OPW is the fact that neither the FileInfo nor SaveAs buttons appear to work, altho' File>Info and File>SaveAs do work ... albeit with some delay.

I have not made any changes (intentionally) to the macro definitions. They are:

{open_menu(savedocument_box(1))}
{open_menu(fileinfo_box(1))}

In case it may be a related problem ... I now notice that attempts to save IllustratorCS2 format files fail with the error message "An unknown error has occurred". It doesn't seem to matter where I attempt to save to --- local hard drive, pen drive, network drive --- so I don't think the hard disk or controller are at fault.
