I notice different paths if we ignopre the new Figures directory. Is the
difference a typo or have you renamed the directory GreenHV to GreenfieldHV
between creating the original OPW document and re-loading it which failed?

Well spotted ... I can't remember if I renamed the directory before or after the problem emerged, but possibly before. Referencing pictures obviously has its drawbacks ;)
