Thanks, yes, I did this prior to printing from Windows (tried both .ps
and .eps) (with file extensions enabled).

Note to others on list - I sent my file to Clive off-list. He reported
that it printed out OK, adding

Haven't pursued it atm as am about to go off on holiday.
