[softwarelist] Postscript printing

Any advice as how best to print using Postscript? I haven't done
this since around 1993, when iirc I printed to file using a
Postscript driver, saved it to a pc disc and took it into work to
print on an Apple. 

There are 4 different Postscript definition files in my Printers
directory. Any idea of what does what, or how I'd find out? 

I'd like to make a ps file of say an OvPro document, take it to my pc via
my network and print it out there on my Dell laser. This supports PCL5e
PCL6 and PostScript Level 3. 
(I have UniPrint but it doesn't work atm because of network problems).
