I've just downloaded the file from the web site and it is good. So I suggest you have a bad copy. Download it again.

This sort of thing happens regularly, the usual comment is that if you download it again, make sure there is not a cache in the way which will serve up yet another corrupt copy.
Perhaps I should go over to PackdDir archives I believe they are less prone to corruption...
