No, that would be pointless. Applications should not deal with these
things, that is what we have an operating system for.
The thing you want to ask for is for mouse scroll wheel support in
RISC OS 5 to be fixed so it actually works with all applications
(which is possible as !HID demonstrates). The basic scroll wheel
support in RISC OS 5 even fails with many standard OS components
(Filer, Draw, etc.).
