If I set the text inset of any frame to 0mm, text will not paste
Global paste works like draging and dropping a file, OP actually generates a point and then pretends that you dropped a file at that point. The bug I imagine is that it can generate a point outside the frame area. 

I've fixed this (at last), I hope.
