Does anyone know of a pdf reader for Windows that can save/export as

Not draw format, but I have been playing with an application called
InkScape
It can read and edit PDF files and save in a variety of common Windows
formats. It is free and available from http://www.inkscape.org/
Thanks. I hadn't looked at InkScape in a while ... it seems to have
improved a lot. It does save in a good range of formats, but I think only
certain bitmaps and eps (+ pdf) can be imported into OPW. I notice that
the InkScape save box has an option to "enable preview". If this is
checked before saving as EPS and the resulting EPS file is dropped into an
OPW frame, then no preview appears ... just a grey rectangle (the same
applies to EPS output from other programs, e.g. Acrobat). OPW is capable
of importing WMF, whereas InkScape exports as EMF but not WMF. I was
intrigued to see what would happen if I saved an InkScape file as EMF with
"enable preview" checked, and then dropped the EMF into OPW ... the
preview bitmap appears, but on printing the page is blank.
I'm curious to know why OPW displays the preview bitmap image associated
with an unsupported filetype (EMF) but not a supported filetype (EPS)?
