[softwarelist] OvnPro for Windows

How do I get the document loaded when I click on OvnPro to have it's 
toolbar and info palette turned off.

I have tried turning then off in options and saving as a default 
document in 'Library', also saving as a style sheet; but it always 
starts with the toolbar and info palette on.

In case you are wondering I don't want them on as I have the options 
from them that I want placed on the button bar.
