There is a pattern there, it is messing up the lower case in the same way as the caps. 

The old old question - what changed?
I'd be inclined to run a new copy of Ovation Pro - e.g. direct from the CD to see if it is a configuration problem. Or shift drag all the applets out of the applets folder.
