I do not think that the new 5Sprites<xx> files really have an effect
unless you change the !Boot and !Run files. But 5Sprites22 contains
the same icons as !Sprites22 anyway, so that does not matter too much
(except that usually, !Sprites22 should not load the RISC OS 5 design
but a RISC OS 3 or 4 design and some think that 256 colour custom
palette icon should not be in a !Sprites22 file that is loaded on RO3
systems). !Sprites11 is a bit strange: it contains a 68 by 68 icon at
90dpi. Contrast this to 5Sprites11 (which is never loaded without a
!Boot/!Run file change), which has the same icon at 180dpi.
