If you want to "upgrade" to the Windows version then the price is ukp 60 and you can order via my web site.
If you're just looking at the version numbers and thinking 2.76 is a lot smaller than 2.92, about a year ago I inserted a gap between the Windows and RISC OS versions, so that people wouldn't be able to compare the version numbers...
Latest RISC OS version is 2.77 (20th. January 2007) and you can upgrade for free from:
