Don't you think it's time we passed a little more money in your direction?

Granted I paid lolly for the RO version and lolly for the Win version, and
lolly for the paper manual, but that was some while ago, since then you've
done a number of fixes and new releases.

Are there any plans afoot for us to contribute to a Save the Dave fund?
