OK, I've had a go at fixing the problem. In fact the RISC OS version now works in a similar way to the Windows version - telling the OS that the clipboard contents have changed when a different internal clipboard is selected.
This fix is a natural continuation of one I made recently - broadcasting the message claiming the clipboard more often. The reason I didn't do this originally is that Acorn recommended not to.
I think there has to be some evolution allowed. However it is painful because of the limited resources in the RISC OS world.
Anyway I'd be interested to hear what Dave Symes makes of the new version at:
