Just throwing out ideas. The problem (if there is one) with booting a
lot of stuff is the time delay due to the Boot files being located and
read.
I suppose one could do a !Boot file compiler that glued them all
together and executed them all in one go. This could be part of
something like OvFilters, since OvFilters could keep track of the time
stamps of the !Boot files within it.
