yes, i started by setting up a new master page (just one!) in the new
Demy document, then did "new chapter" as often as nec'y, each time
basing the new chapter on the previous one.
I gather that the master page is complicated - just changing the size of the main frame would not be much work.
You can copy frames between master pages - however gets very tricky if you start deleting and then creating main frames (i.e. auto linked frames).
