Mac Minis have been around at that price for a number of years now.
But what will attract existing Windows users, I suspect, is the
built-in 'Boot Camp' in Leopard which lets people start up their Mac
as a Windows machine if they really must, for the odd occasions they
need to revert back.

I think David found that the Windows version didn't sell very well,
but I suspect that is down to people not knowing it is there. That
isn't a problem with Mac software, as it will be highly promoted by
Apple themselves! (Click 'MacOs X Software' from the drop-down menu of
the 'apple' - top left of the screen, if you're not sure what I mean!)

A Mac version of OPro would certainly be on my priority shopping list!
