How cunning, and obvious once pointed out.
Clearly from a greater mind than Peter and I ;-)
This is a specific case of the general method of selecting "print left" (then set) in the Print window and then selecting "print right" etc. etc. just like you do for anything where you want to print left/right (or front/back) pages.
The "pause" technique can't be the only way - it does not exist on Windows for example.
